Success Story of NaDa Beer

2011 concluded with another successful year for NaDa Beer Joint Stock Company. In difficult economic conditions and with unforeseeable materials prices, the managers and workers of the company made their best efforts to supply the market with high quality, reasonably priced products.

 

Over 15 years since its establishment, the company has maintained the NaDa trademark as part of the culture of Nam Dinh. The company has applied modern technology and production lines of Denmark, developing the brand not only in Nam Dinh but throughout the Vietnamese market.

 

Mr Tran Viet Manh, Deputy Director of the company, recounted the difficulties in the early years when poor farmers had no taste for beer and NaDa could not compete with experienced companies in the market. But in spite of difficulties, the managers and workers of the company did not give up, redoubling their efforts and surmounting the trials.

 

The company imported yeast from Denmark, malt from UK and France, as well as modern production lines. The whole process is strictly controlled by modern equipment to ensure the best taste for consumers. The brew, together with a fine looking can or bottle, has become familiar to consumers. As a result, 2010 beer output increased to 30 million litres with turnover of VND211 billion. The company continues to improve the quality and has installed another production line in Hoa Xa industrial zone (Nam Dinh City).

 

To maintain its place in the market, especially in difficult economic conditions, the company must have suitable solutions. It is hard for the company to ensure profit while expenses increase (production cost, salaries and distribution). The company has applied series of solutions, reorganizing production lines, replacing equipment and increasing productivity. With those efforts the company saved over VND10 billion a year. In 2011, the company ensured turnover of over VND210 billion, budget revenue of VND96 billion and stable jobs and income for over 450 workers.

 

Even in difficult times, NaDa Beer JSC has recorded business success with its efficient solutions. It is also a commitment of the company to consumers.
