Sky Garden Tower: Modern and Elegant

A complex of offices, trade centres and luxurious apartments, Sky Garden Tower is a real estate investment project owned by the Dinh Cong Co.,Ltd - a subsidiary of Van Thai Group. Lying on the (planned) extended Kim Dong Street and Dinh Cong Street, near the city centre, Sky Garden Tower is located in a generally planned, modern area, surrounded by University of Science and Technology, University of Construction, National Economics University and Bach Mai Hospital, and within 500m of numerous markets, kindergartens, and schools.
 
Designed by HTT Group (Ho Thieu Tri and Partners) - a leading architecture group in Vietnam, Sky Garden Tower has been made with a style of simples but moderns, luxuriance with delicacies. In the area of 75,000 sq.m, Sky Garden Tower was designed with two towers, 400 apartments with different size from 89 to 124 sq.m. Especially, project owner has widely applied the idea of an “air-open garden” in every apartment together with a lot of greens. Furthermore, with total area of 75,000 sq.m, construction area just holds 40 percent of that, and the remaining area is used for many purposes, such as entertainment, swimming pool, tennis court, gyms, green park... These items will be completely constructed and used before apartments are handed over.
 
In December 2011, this investment project was officially licensed the certification number 158/SXD. Currently, the main contractor - JIKON (Japan cooperation) has started to construct the foundation and the cellar, and the French APAVE contractor has been in charge of construction consultancy and supervision.
 
With high determination, the project owner and contractors are striving to complete its foundation construction in June 2012 to ensure of handing over items on time. Taking the advantage of being a subsidiary of Van Thai Group - a number one steel producer for construction in Vietnam, project owner has prepared the amount of steel necessary for construction, which plays an extremely important role in ensuring the schedule as well as getting rid of the pressure of inflation.
 
In the cooperation with Dat Xanh Group - a prestigious real estate distributor in Vietnam, project owner has officially carried out a capital contribution programme for the project with the norm of VND18 million per sq.m (15 percent of total for the first period of payment). And with the capital of VND1.6 billion to VND1.9 billion, customers can possess an apartment of luxury standards. On the occasion of the New Lunar Year, from 7th January 2012, project owner has decided to award Ford Fiesta 1.6 auto for the first 100 customers buying Sky Garden Tower apartments.
