Novaland Steps up Special Sales Promotions for Sunrise City Project

Novaland Group announced to have completed six towers in the first stage and handed over Sunrise City apartments to customers from July 16. The group launched the special sales promotion programme called “Sunrise City – From dream to reality”.

 

Novaland officially activated the property market by handing over houses in the first phase of Sunrise City project - the first and important property project of Novaland Group and an outstanding project in Ho Chi Minh City and in Vietnam as well. This move clearly expressed Novaland’s determinations and efforts to ensure commitments to customers as well as its ambitions to enter and dominate the southern real estate market.

 

In spite of being built in the times of economic slowdown, all six towers in the first phase of Sunrise City project were completed in time. The company started handing over houses to customers from July 16, 2012 and all customers were very pleased with the quality.

 

On this occasion, Novaland also implemented the special sale promotion programme called "Sunrise City - From dream to reality" from July 15, 2012 to August 30, 2012.
