Currently, Dong Nai province has the largest number of industrial zones in Vietnam. Many large-scaled facilities have been put into operations like Amata, Bien Hoa 2, Loteco, Ho Nai and Song May. With the aim of attracting investment capital into southern industrial zones and creating an economic driving force for Dong Nai province, Thanh Phu Industrial Park - invested by Dong Nai Traffic Works Joint Stock Company and its two strategic partners, Sonadezi Corporation and Sonadezi Long Binh Joint Stock Company, was officially kicked off and reaped initial results.
Lying near to Bien Hoa City, the 177-ha Thanh Phu Industrial Park is a satellite facility for fully filled industrial parks like Amata, Loteco, Bien Hoa 2 and Bien Hoa 1 in Dong Nai province. In addition, it is located in the southern key economic zone which plays vital roles in national economy, politics, security and defence; is blessed with temperate climate and rare natural disasters; and is situated on major routes. With its prime location, Thanh Phu Industrial Park is truly an ideal choice for any investors.

All tenants strictly comply with environmental regulations and respect sustainable development.

Mr Bi Long Son, President and General Director of Dong Nai Traffic Works Joint Stock Company, said: The construction of centralised wastewater treatment plant aims at sustainable development of the developer, investors and communities. According to the development strategy from 2011 to 2015, the industrial park will give priority to attracting high-tech and environment-friendly projects. Thanh Phu is oriented to become a clean, green, modern industrial park, which facilitates effective and sustainable development of investors. The company will spare 60 ha of land to build production workshops for lease in addition to leasing land. This is a primary business of the company. Each workshop will have an area of 1,000 - 4,000 square metres with basic facilities for tenants.”
