October 13 Chosen as Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day
Prime Minister Phan Van Khai has signed a decision dedicating October 13 as Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day. Under the decision, Vietnamese Entrepreneurs’ Day aims to recognise and award those enterprises and entrepreneurs who record outstanding achievements, observe the policies and approaches of the Party and the State as well as those who contribute to the development of enterprises.
The decision was issued to highlight the role and tradition of Vietnamese entrepreneurs, encouraging them to develop further to meet the demands of industrialisation and modernisation.
