Da Phuoc International New Town - Ideal Living Space

Da Phuoc International New Town is situated in the western part of Thuan Phuoc Bridge. The town covers an area of 210 ha, including 180 ha of bay-side area to be filled for the project. This is a sea-encroaching project applying most advanced techniques to topographic survey, current study, and construction.

 

According to the design, Da Phuoc International New Town consists of a resort, an 18-hole golf course of international standard, a yacht marina, an international hotel, a national conference centre, office buildings, 60-floor office buildings, commercial centres, luxury villas, and many other utilities. This is the distinction between Da Phuoc International New Town from other resorts. Not only helping Danang City to reclaim area from the sea, the polder project also offers townspeople a real living and relaxing space. The urban zone project is expected to become a tourist magnet to attract more tourists to the beautiful coastal city upon its completion.

 

Asked about the reason for choosing Danang City to locate the project, Daewon Cantavil Director Park Hee Hong said: in South Korea, due to hilly terrain, most projects encroach the sea to gain area for construction. Daewon Cantavil sees that Danang has similar geographical structure to South Korea and has tremendous potentials for long-term sustainable development. Not developing as fast as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Danang is now one of the largest cities in central Vietnam and the eastern end of the East - West Economic Corridor. Not only being endowed with big seaports, Danang is well-known for many captivating landscapes like My Khe, Non Nuoc and Bac My An beaches. Therefore, this beautiful city welcomes millions of tourists each year. Many airlines have opened direct international flights to Danang City, including Seoul-Danang direct air route - an enabling bridge for tourism linkage and development between the two cities in particular and between Vietnam and South Korea in general. Besides, as Danang has many universities, Daewon Cantavil will easily recruit high-quality human resources.
