FutureGov Award is the only in the world to honour organisations, projects, and programmes in public administration and service fields in the Asia-Pacific region, aiming to recognise successful reforms and renovations in the public sector. This year, Vietnam had 15 candidate projects and four was shortlisted for the final round.

The Vietnam Environment Administration (VEA)’s project “Strengthening IT applications to serve management and operating activities at the Vietnam Environment Administration” was ranked third in Asia Green E-government Awards 2012.
