Building Competitive Advantages for Retail Banks

The ASEAN Banker Forum 2012 is set to take place on December 3 - 5, 2012 at the Sheraton Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City. The event is an opportunity for Vietnamese bankers and those from the ASEAN countries to meet and exchange experiences for better development in banking sector.

 

ASEAN Banker Forum 2012 will focus on analysing overview of retail banking market, assessing and proposing solutions to enhance competitive advantages, recommending development strategies and customer connectivity methods. Besides, the forum will delve into building customer trust, building professional image, and building convenience.

 

Along side with the conference is an exhibition composed of two main areas: Noncash payment shopping centre and modern technology showcase area.

 

Also in the scope of ASEAN Banker Forum 2012, Vietnam Outstanding Bank Awards (VOBA) will be initiated and co-organised by IDG Group and Vietnam Banks Association on December 4, 2012.
