Vietnamese Businesses Explore Indian Market

The Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade said a Vietnamese commercial exchange and trade promotion programme is set to take place in New Delhi and Kolkta cities, India from December 16 to 22, 2012. This event is organised by the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency in collaboration with the Africa, West Asia and South Asia Markets Department.

 

The objectives of this programme are to promote images of Vietnamese products, enterprises and brand names, seek opportunities of trade and investment with Indian businesses, and enhance Vietnamese exports to the Indian market.

 

Under the plan, the group once included 15 Vietnamese enterprises, priority enterprises operating in the sector of agricultural production, food processing, consumer products industry, mining.

 

The ministry said the delegation will have 15 companies operating in the fields of agriculture, food processing, consumer industrials, and mining.
