“Clarifying New Provisions of Labour Code 2012 for Businesses” is the topic of a training course to be organised by the Vietnam Businesswomen Council under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) on December 7, 2012 in Hanoi. The course aims to help businesses understand importantchanges in the amended Labour Code, potential employment disputes, and prevention of risks and violations. Dr Nguyen Huu Chi, Head of Labour and Social Security Law Department, under the Hanoi Law University, will be the speaker.
