"Cleaner Production and Waste Management for Businesses"

This is a training course in the framework of the “Cleaner production and waste management” training project deployed by the Business Council for Sustainable Development under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) under the sponsorship of Dow Chemical International Co., Ltd and with the technical assistance of the Environment and Clean Production Centre under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

 

The objectives of the training course are to enhance the capacity of the business (awareness, knowledge and business strategy) for sustainable growth and ecological environment preservation through two major contents: Active response, prevention and mitigation of wastes, particularly hazardous waste treatment and pollution treatment at source; and approach to cleaner production to improve production efficiency in business operations.
