Caravelle scoops top travel award for third year

The Caravelle, Vietnam's leading luxury hotel, has been awarded the accolade of "Best Business Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City" for the third year running in the 2004 Business Traveller Awards. The award was presented to Caravelle general manager Stephen O'Grady at a glittering reception at the Conrad Hotel in Hong Kong on September 24th.

"We're absolutely delighted to receive this accolade once again," said Mr. O'Grady. "An award of such prestige is major achievement and a tribute to the dedication of our staff as well as the efforts of the Vietnamese government authorities who have supported our efforts in attracting premium business travellers to the city."

The award by the prestigious Business Traveller magazine is a result of its annual Asia Pacific reader survey, organised by NFO Worldgroup which polls thousands of business travellers throughout the region.

The Caravelle is managed by Furama Hotels & Resorts International (FHRI), Hong Kong, which also manages the five-star Furama Resort Danang, Vietnam.
