To create a solid foundation for long-term development in a market economy is an important goal that many businesses have set out and tried to achieve. Making every effort to develop its business since inception, Thinh Phu Co., Ltd has asserted its position on the market with its prestige, quality and sound development strategy.
Thinh Dat Enterprise was set up 1991 on a small scale with the main business of manufacturing fishing nets for export. The unit made every effort to expand its operation and market and this success was evidenced by the upgrading to Thinh Phu Co., Ltd in 2000. The company has gradually diversified its products for clean agricultural production like gardening tools; farming nets used for flowers, cucumber, bitter melon, pea and tomato gardens among others; sunshade nets, insect nets, bird nets, animal nets, and wind nets. The company also produces cages and nets for culturing scallops and pearls; and ropes and nets used in construction works.

Starting from here, Thinh Phu officially carried out many important production projects to realise its purposes and social security. Particularly, the company set up Phu Dat Production Trading Co., Ltd in 2007 in Go Cong Dong district, Tien Giang province and joined hands with Daika Co., Ltd of Japan to build a scallop net and cage production factory in Gia Le Industrial Park in Thai Binh province, which started operations on September 24, 2012. These facilities create important jobs for countryside people. In addition, Thinh Phu associates with the HCM City Red Cross to trade in sports apparatuses, medical instruments and provide humanitarian aid.
As clean agriculture is not popular in Vietnam, the company’s products are exported to such markets as Japan, Australia, and the United States. Notably, up to 80 per cent of Thinh Phu’s products are shipped to the Japanese market, which is heading for clean agriculture and aquaculture. Thinh Phu started exporting to the Australian market in 2002 with an annual turnover of US$400,000 - 500,000. Its main exports to this market include nets and cages for aquaculture and fishing. The ongoing expansion of the Australian agricultural sector is a driving force for Thinh Phu to develop its potential products. The Thai Binh province-based facility, with an annual output of 200 tonnes of farming nets, 400 tonnes of aquaculture nets, and 125 tonnes of construction nets, will meet the needs of the potential market.

Talking about his company’s product features and potential, President and CEO Pham Duc Thuyen said: "The company's products serve clean agriculture and modern manufacturing technology; they can therefore help expand clean agricultural production in Vietnam. Currently, the demand for export farming and fish nets has increased 50 per cent. The company has received orders enough for production until July 2013. Thinh Phu sees this as a dynamic platform to strive for better performance."

With stable and sustainable production capacity, Thinh Phu is focusing on its projects in Thai Binh province and Tien Giang province. Besides, when clean agricultural production in Vietnam develops, the company’s products will be the first choice of domestic farmers.
