Vietnam Spends US$2.2Bln on Infrastructure Construction in Jan-Oct

Total investment in infrastructure development from Vietnam's state budget totalled VND35 trillion (US$2.2 billion) in the first 10 months of this year, equalling 94.5 per cent of the target set for the whole year.

Investment by the central government realized 94.6 per cent of the 2004 target, and investment by localities fulfilled 94.4 per cent of this year's projection.
