10,700 Businesses Resume Operations

The Department of Business Registration under the Ministry of Planning and Investment said the country saw some 10,700 businesses resume operations in the first eight months of 2013, as troubleshooting solutions to production and business situations started to take effect and restored investor confidence.

 

However, the value of fresh investment capital tended to decline over the same period of last year and the average capital scale of newly-established businesses also reduced.
