Mr. Chainarong Limpkittisin, Managing Director, Reed Tradex Company Limited said that the sense of supporting industries community has been strengthened and felt in Hanoi with the closing of “SI Exhibition: Vietnam-Japan Supporting Industries Exhibition,” “Japan Monozukuri Technology Exhibition,” “Vietnam Manufacturing Expo” and “Industrial Components & Subcontracting Vietnam.”
All related parties showed consensus that these events delivered on all fronts for everyone: Technologies, Business Networks, Trade Opportunities and Know-how. These factors are vital to the advancement of the whole community.
“Vietnam Manufacturing Expo 2013” is the fifth and the largest edition of the show ever. The exhibition has broken its own records in several dimensions. It is larger in terms of space. It is bigger in terms of collaborations between participating parties.
We are seeing a great number of companies and organizations, both from the public and private sectors, coming together to jointly promote the strength and competitiveness of the supporting industries, especially the concerted efforts between Vietnamese and Japanese organizations who are celebrating the anniversary of the 40th year of friendship with the total number of attendants during 3 days reached 13,164.
This kind of alliance has created, in this event, the transfer of new technologies and know-how and the expansion of business networks that are being transformed into tangible results. Our visitors’ production lines can become more effective. Their product values can be higher. And they can also gain more business opportunities because, in addition to discovering the latest technologies in Vietnam Manufacturing Expo, they can also find new parts buyers and subcontractors because the Japan External Trade Organization in Hanoi and Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency have brought together Japanese parts buyers and Vietnamese sellers to meet them at “SIE: Vietnam-Japan Supporting Industries Exhibition.” While Hanoi Trade Promotion Center, with support from Hanoi People’s Committee, has led Vietnamese parts sellers to meet buyers at “Industrial Components & Subcontracting Vietnam.” And, in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Vietnam and Japan’s relations, the Executive Committee for Japan-Vietnam Friendship Year is expanding the visitors’ horizons with amazing Japanese technologies such as the bicycle-riding robot “Murata Boy,” Honda’s “Asimo” robot, Terumo’s thinnest medical needles, as well as Mitsubishi’s jet plane parts in “Japanese Monozukuri Technology Exhibition.”
