Capital Source for Five Highways Restructured

The Prime Minister has issued Decision 2072/QD-TTg to guide capital source restructuring for five highway projects invested by the Vietnam Expressway Corporation (VEC). The five projects include Noi Bai - Lao Cai, Cau Gie - Ninh Binh, Da Nang - Quang Ngai, Ben Luc - Long Thanh, and Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay.). The five projects include Noi Bai - Lao Cai, Cau Gie - Ninh Binh, Da Nang - Quang Ngai, Ben Luc - Long Thanh, and Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay.

Accordingly, the entire ODA sub-loan for these projects will be replaced by State budgets. Counterpart capital for these projects will be restructured and compensated by State funds.
