Land Rent Exemption for Big Sample Fields

Enterprises with big sample fields will receive more incentives and support from the State as of December 10, 2013, according to the Prime Minister's Decision 62/2013 on policies on agricultural development cooperation encouragement and construction of big fields.

 

Particularly, companies will be exempt from land-use fees or land rents when the State allocates or leases it to them to build processing factories, warehouses, worker accommodations and public utilities for big field projects. In addition, the State will support 50 percent of training fees and technical guidance to farmers.
