ASEAN Caravan 2014 Make Debut in Hanoi and HCM City

ASEAN Caravan 2014 is set to take place in Hanoi on November 24 and 25, 2014 and in Ho Chi Minh City on November 26 and 27, 2014. These activities initiated by JETRO in 2012 aim to support Japanese small and medium enterprises to expand sales channels and bring high-quality products to the ASEAN region.

 

ASEAN Caravan 2014 in Vietnam has attracted 31 companies engaged in consumer goods manufacturing and trading.

 

In Hanoi, the event will lead participants to survey the local market (paying field trips to commercial centres like The Garden and Vincom Royal City) and organise trade connections with Vietnamese companies.

 

Earlier, the ASEAN Caravan on construction materials was held in Singapore in September, and a similar event on consumer goods and groceries took place in Bangkok, Thailand in October.
