Sao Khue (Morning Star) Award to Open

On December 11-12, 2004, Vietnam Software Association (VINASA) officially organised the Sao Khue (Morning Star) Award in Hanoi, the most important software award in Vietnam.

This year, the award has expanded to products and services focusing on efficient use and export potential. Besides honouring Vietnamese intellectual capacity, the award also promotes high quality products and services for domestic consumption and export. The Sao Khue Award 2005 will select software in 20 areas such as State management, business, banking, health and education.

The selection will continue for three months with three rounds: registration (Dec.11, 2004 - Jan. 25, 2005), preliminary selection (Jan.26-Feb.28, 2005), Final selection and award ceremony (Mar.13, 2005) in Hanoi. Members of the Award Council will be software experts in related fields, the State authorities and the press. Accenture group is the principal sponsor.
