Finance Sector Manages Documents and Unifies Administration from Dec 1, 2015

 

The eDocTC deployment is a step of the financial sector to fulfil electronic document application requirements in State agencies as defined in the Prime Minister’s Directive 15/CT-TTg on increased use of electronic documents in State agencies, and most recently, the Prime Minister’s Decision 1819/2015/QD-TTg on national information technology application programme in State agencies in the 2016-2010 period.

 

During the eDocTC pilot phase, the ministry’s specialised agencies will standardise processes and procedures to ensure consistency and specialisation and provide a suitable roadmap, based on capacity and facility conditions as well as information technology knowledge of specific units. Currently, the Department of Information Technology and Financial Statistics has proposed the Ministry of Finance to set up a panel for eDocTC deployment.
