New-generation Bank Model Developed
Vietnam Retail Banking Forum 2015, themed “New-generation Bank Model - Taking Modern Technology as the Foundation, Customers as the Centre”, is scheduled to take place on November 17 - 18, 2015 in Ho Chi Minh City. The event is co-organised by the Vietnam Banking Association and International Data Group (IDG).
The forum will focus on discussing impacts of mobile and digital technologies on future retail banking services; improving SMAC technology-based customer experience in retail banking; strengthening customer management with advanced CRM solutions; shifting to conventional business intelligence (BI) to modern analysis method.
In addition to the forum, the incorporated Technology Fair will bring new experiences of most modern technological application, products and services.
Besides, Vietnam Outstanding Banking Service Awards 2015 will be announced at the Vietnam Retail Banking Forum.
