More Than VND700 Billion Invested in Key Public Construction

In order to gradually improve the urban framework infrastructure and create a driving force to draw investment capital and develop industry, in 2020, Vinh Phuc province will spend over VND700 billion of public investment fund for key construction projects.

Key invested projects included Nguyen Tat Thanh Street in Binh Xuyen district (electric lighting item); upgraded Provincial Road 310 Dai Lai - Dao Tu; Vinh Phuc Theater; Sports Training Center - Phase 1; Vinh Yen Park; Kim Ngoc Road extended to Dam Vac Bridge; upgraded Provincial Road 305 and Provincial Road 305C (the section from Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway at Van Quan commune to Lap Thach Town); technical and supporting facilities for Vinh Phuc General Hospital; a road from Tay Thien Truc Lam Zen Monastery to Provincial Road 302, Tay Thien Scenic Area, and a section from P3 Bus Station to Provincial Road 302.

In order to use capital effectively, the Vinh Phuc Provincial People’s Committee requested all levels, sectors and localities to carry out the Law on Public Investment and the Law on Construction to ensure correct and adequate order and procedures; improve the quality and effect of State management over construction investment; strengthen inspection, supervision and evaluation of project construction implementation and capital disbursement progress to timely prevent and resolutely deal with violations in capital construction investment.
