South Korea -Sharing Knowledge with Vietnam
The prime minister consented on March 25, 2005 to a project on Sharing Knowledge with Vietnam sourced from the South Korean Government’s non-refundable aid worth US$500,000 per year which will last for three years. Vietnam’s reciprocal capital will come from the State budget allocated annually to participant agencies.
