TFS with Import and Export Delivery Services

TFS has an advantage of acting as an agent for some airlines with a network of agents in the US, China and Asia. It has concentrated on door delivery services and logistic delivery services.

TFS is aiming at the Americas as a main market with an increased volume of exported textiles and garments. The company has provided customs declaration services in order to provide its customers with best services. The company has won contracts to act as a deliverer of imported and exported items for most Vietnamese textiles and garments. This is a real challenge for TFS. Therefore since 2000, the company has promoted the application of information technology to its business activities. This is also an advantage of the TFS in exploiting and providing information for customers. At the same time, the company has built and developed its agent network in Ho Chi Minh City and Haiphong. It will open a representative office in Hanoi very soon. It will sign contracts on bonded warehouses to support its business activities. To co-operate with US partners is a real advantage of the company in doing business in the Americas and the US in particular.

Huynh Ba Anh Vu from TFS said that many companies of all economic sectors had joined the industry because of Vietnam’s increased international integration, especially when Vietnam joins the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) and the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
