Tax Declaration Reviewed

The General Department of Customs Office has requested local customs offices of Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Haiphong to review all import declarations in accordance with GATT application including other forms of import transaction based on price or value. The review also includes consulted declarations. The General Department has also requested the General Department of Taxation to inspect 23 enterprises importing automobiles and motorbikes that have sale prices on receipts lower than market prices.
