Please let me know the conditions and orders, procedures for carrying out activities of multi-level sale of goods applied to an enterprise

Under the Decree No. 110/2005/ND-CP of the Government dated 24 August 2005 on management over multi level sale of goods, the conditions and orders, procedures for carrying out activities of multi level sale of goods applied to an enterprise as follows:

 

 

a. Having deposit of 5% registered capital but not less than 01 billion VND at a commercial bank legally operating in Vietnam;

 

b. Selling goods in conformity with scope of business specified in the Certificate of business registration of the enterprise;

 

c. Fully satisfying business conditions or having obtained Certificate of fully satisfying business conditions in cases where enterprises trading goods falling in conditional business;

 

d. Having transparent and legal goods selling programs;

 

e. Having transparent seller training program.

 

 

Prior to carry out activities of multi level sale of goods, the enterprise must apply for Certificate of registration of multi-level sale of goods at local Trade Department.

 

The application dossier shall be submitted to local Trade Department, within 15 working days from the date of submission of proper application dossier, the Trade Department shall grant Certificate of registration of multi sale of goods if the enterprise satisfies the above conditions.
