Cosmos Industrial Co., Ltd, founded in 2005, is a 100% domestic manufacturer of precision mechanical products. After 20 years of development, from a small business with just 60 employees, Cosmos has steadily grown to operate one factory in Vinh Phuc and two in Phu Tho province, with a total workforce of nearly 2,000 employees. The company's main customers are Honda Vietnam Company; Toyota Vietnam; Kyocera Vietnam; Panasonic Vietnam; Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC; Northstar Precision Vietnam; Electric Motorcycle Yadea Vietnam; Piaggio Vietnam. In 2024, Cosmos's Vinh Phuc factories generated revenue of VND1,185.82 billion, with employees earning an average monthly income of VND11.7 million each.
Committed to continuous improvement, the company consistently meets strict standards in technology, product quality, and large orders to build trust and exceed customer expectations.
In addition to large factories, office buildings, production workshops and equipment lines are invested synchronously and run by highly skilled employees. The company has boldly invested in purchasing the most advanced machinery and equipment such as wire cutting machines and CNC milling centers. Cosmos is proud to have a mold unit with 15 experienced designers and 150 mold assembling workers to meet its own needs and supply molds/jigs for external customers.
Being particularly aware that quality is vital to the company, all Cosmos products must go through a strict quality control process in inputting, processing and product finishing. In addition to strict quality management and continuous improvement according to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Cosmos is committed to fully investing in necessary and modern measuring equipment used in high-precision measurement and product conformity testing.
In 2017, Cosmos became an official supplier of Toyota Vietnam and received the “The Best Quality Management” Award from Honda Vietnam. In February 2020, the company was certified by the DQS Holding GmbH headquartered in Germany to meet the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system standard. This is not only an incentive for all staff but also affirms the prestige and brand of Cosmos that is trusted and chosen by customers and employees.

Toward sustainable development
Besides business expansion, Cosmos always aims for sustainable development and environmental friendliness. Currently, the company strictly applies the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems. It also builds internal traffic routes and green areas around the factories to create a friendly, green, clean and beautiful landscape.
For Cosmos, employees are invaluable assets. The company always places the concern for employees as the guiding principle for all activities. In addition to the salary, bonus, health insurance, social insurance regimes that are fully guaranteed, to increase income for employees, the company offers monthly rewards and bonuses for diligence and outperformance, grants housing and travel allowances, gifts or bonuses on Tet and other public holidays. The total donation amount in 2024 was nearly VND257 million. Cosmos aims to become the leading supplier of mechanical engineering industrials in Vietnam.
