HDBank brought to the "Cashless Day 2025" an in-depth perspective on financial behaviors of Vietnamese people, from everyday spending to long-term planning and its partnership with them in every stage of life.
On June 14, in the framework of the "Cashless Day 2025", organized by Tuoi Tre Newspaper in collaboration with the Payment Department of the State Bank of Vietnam, the National Payment Corporation of Vietnam (NAPAS), and other partners, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc and a high-level delegation visited various tech exhibition spaces. HDBank’s booth stood out with a range of modern digital financial solutions designed to be user-centric and aligned with the goal of lifelong companionship.
Mr. Dam The Thai, Deputy General Director of HDBank, presented the bank’s outstanding digital financial solutions to Deputy Prime Minister Phoc and the delegation. In particular, the 4-in-1 Card - a breakthrough in user experience design - allows customers to register online in just five minutes and instantly access four functions: credit, debit, prepaid, and electronic identification through simple touches.
At the Workshop on "Cashless Payment: Driving Force for Digital Economic Growth", attended by Deputy Prime Minister Phoc and over 300 participants, Mr. Thai highlighted HDBank's comprehensive digital financial ecosystem aimed at accompanying customers throughout their personal financial journey.
This journey goes beyond offering financial services, he said, adding that it represents HDBank’s redefinition of a modern bank’s role as a “lifelong financial companion.” At every life stage, from Gen X to Gen Alpha, customers have their distinct needs and expectations. This demands a deep understanding from banks in order to design relevant, practical and useful experiences.
On its digital platform, HDBank is developing a suite of AI-powered personal financial management tools: expense tracking, automated saving and investing, loan advice and personalized transaction-based incentives. Accordingly, each solution and product is tailored to specific age groups and life milestones, from student life, graduation and employment, marriage and parenthood to wealth accumulation and retirement.
“This is a human-centered journey where every product is designed from a life-oriented perspective and every feature is created and personalized to help users manage their finances more effectively,” said Thai.n
