Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia at the 2025 HR Asia Awards. This milestone marks the third consecutive year the company has received this prestigious recognition.

Remarkably, Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam was honored in every award category, including Most Caring Company (three consecutive years), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (two consecutive years), Sustainable Workplace (two consecutive years), and Tech Empowerment. The HR Asia Awards are a highly respected annual accolade, based on in-depth surveys measuring employee engagement and satisfaction across multiple countries.

With over three decades of operations in Vietnam, Suntory PepsiCo has affirmed its position as a market leader in the beverage industry, employing more than 2,800 people directly with 99% are Vietnamese. The company operates five manufacturing plants in Can Tho, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Bac Ninh, and is currently constructing its sixth facility in Tay Ninh, which will be the largest in the Asia-Pacific region for the Suntory Group. As the only beverage company in Vietnam honored across all categories at the HR Asia Awards 2025, Suntory PepsiCo continues to enhance its leading position in the industry. The company also advances signature sustainability initiatives such as ‘Mizuiku – I Love Clean Water’, which educates primary school pupils on water conservation. In 2023, the program was integrated into the official nationwide curriculum and has since reached over 1 million pupils, providing access to clean water for more than 4 million teachers and students nationwide. In partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Suntory PepsiCo also launched “Water of Life” program, reforesting nearly 260 hectares of watershed forest since 2021, as Vietnam’s first public–private partnership of its kind.
