The Vietnam International Electronics & Smart Appliances Expo 2025 (IEAE 2025), held from October 30 to November 1 at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (I.C.E), gathered more than 260 companies showcasing 350 booths across a 6,000-square-meter area. The event drew over 15,000 visitors, including buyers, distributors, technology specialists, and manufacturers.

Beyond showcasing consumer electronics and smart home appliances, IEAE 2025 served as an important platform for advancing Vietnam’s electronics supporting industries. Exhibits featuring components, circuit boards, sensors, and core manufacturing technologies enabled domestic enterprises to directly connect with suppliers and investors while fostering technology transfer and industrial cooperation.

The large-scale participation of domestic and international companies helped establish a robust network linking manufacturers, assemblers, and component suppliers. This is a key factor in Vietnam’s strategy to increase localization rates, reduce dependence on imported components, and integrate more deeply into the global electronics value chain.

Alongside the exhibition, a series of specialized seminars, including “Future Technologies,” “E-Commerce Platforms,” and “Global Economy,” focused on trends in smart manufacturing and sustainable development solutions for supporting industry enterprises. A highlight of the event, the Business Matching (B2B) Program, created a platform for local businesses to meet and negotiate directly with international partners, expanding cooperation opportunities in component supply and production technology.

With the participation of the Vietnam Electronic Industries Association (VEIA), the Vietnam E-Commerce Association (VECOM), and several international organizations, IEAE 2025 was not only a “technology showcase” but also a strategic bridge supporting Vietnam’s industrial autonomy. The exhibition reinforced the country’s efforts to strengthen production capacity, accelerate technological transformation, and develop a more self-reliant and sustainable electronics industry.
