Herbalife Vietnam, a premier health and wellness company, community, and platform, has been awarded the CXP Best Customer Experience Award at the 2025 CXP Asia Awards. The Awards recognize brands across the Asia Pacific region that demonstrate outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction, engagement, and service innovation.
The CXP Best Customer Experience Awards evaluate nominees based on direct customer feedback, innovative experience strategies, and measurable outcomes that elevate brand loyalty and satisfaction. The Awards also acknowledge investments in addressing customer needs, engaging with the community, and implementing personalized service approaches across products and supporting platforms.
Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Manager for Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, stated, “At Herbalife, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. This regional award has been another indication of our strong commitment to service innovations and optimal customer experiences, which are aligned with our priorities to help people lead healthier lives through balanced nutrition and active lifestyles”.
Earlier this year, Herbalife Vietnam also received the 2025 "Industrie 4.0 Award" in the category "Top Enterprises with smart digital products and Industry 4.0 technology solutions" for the Herbalife VNHUB application (formerly named My VNClub). This marked the third consecutive time Herbalife Vietnam has received this award from the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, recognizing the company’s continuous efforts to support its Independent Members' businesses and improve customer experience through innovative digital solutions.
Since entering the Vietnam market in 2009, Herbalife has been providing a wide range of high-quality nutritional products. Currently, the company offers nine product categories: Health Supplement/Weight Management, Immune Health, Heart Health, Digestive Health, Bone and Joint Health, Eye Health, Fitness and Energy, Skin and Hair Health, and Sleep and Relaxation Support.
