Culture & Information Ministry Opens National Website

The Ministry of Culture and Information has officially opened the Fatherland (To Quoc) website at http://www.toquoc.gov.vn and http://www.vietnam.info to update its foreign relation information. and to update its foreign relation information.

The website, available in both Vietnamese and English versions, mainly serves overseas Vietnamese, foreign investors and Vietnam-interested people, Mr. Mai Linh, director of Informatics Centre of the Ministry, said.

 

The site displays attractive Vietnamese news, domestically and internationally, about policies, legal documents, socio-political situations, culture, science, sports and others. In addition, the website provides market, IT, science breakthrough and Vietnamese talent information. Readers will have a full grasp of information related to the cultural heritages and the countryside of Vietnam via characteristic columns.

The English version will provide full information for readers at the Focus, News in Brief, Investment and Development Note columns. Investors and overseas Vietnamese will have sufficient information about Vietnam as surfing the site. Mr. Do Quy Doan, Deputy Minister of Culture and Information, said the website presents a full image of Vietnam.
