Talent Search

Research on human resources was conducted by Navigos Group in conjunction with Thanh Nien (Youth) newspaper and AC Nielsen company in Ho Chi Minh City on March 13, 2006. Recently, Vietnamese businesses often complained on the shortage of human resources in important business activities. It is even more critical when Vietnam is going to join WTO with fierce competition between local and foreign businesses. The search for talents becomes even more important to business community.

 

The research selects 50 top ranking companies to analyse the recruitment of talent on two aspects : information on companies and satisfaction of the staff. The information focuses on personnel policy, management, salary and training. The research will be completed in late July and secure personal confidential. AC Nielsen, a leading company on market research, will analyse related data.
