EUR5.4 Million ODA Capital for Railway Sector

Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung issued Official Dispatch 119/TTg-QHQTdated January 22, 2007 to approve the project “buying machinery and equipment for maintaining and repairing railways” using preferential official development assistance (ODA) capital funded by Austrian Government. dated January 22, 2007 to approve the project “buying machinery and equipment for maintaining and repairing railways” using preferential official development assistance (ODA) capital funded by Austrian Government.

 

According to the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Vietnam Railway Corp. will be responsible for the project worth of 5,392,460 euro. This project will be valid in two years dating from the lending signature. The Vietnam Railway Corp. will be self-responsible for the debt payment.
