Vinacomin Produces 23.8Mln Tons of Coal in Jan-Jul

Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group (Vinacomin) reported to produce 23.8 million tons of clean coal in the first seven months this year, up 12.9 per cent on-year, state media said Tuesday.
 
The group sold 23.6 million tons, including 9.67 million tons for domestic consumption.
 
The source said other coalminers in the country exploited 400,000 tons in the seven-month period.
 
The country earned US$598 million from coal export in seven months, up 23.2 per cent. (The People, GSO Jul Edition)
