BCCI Sells Stakes to Three Strategic Partners

Binh Chanh Investment and Construction Shareholding Corp. (BCCI) signed deals with three strategic partners, VinaCapital, Dragon Capital and Temasek Holdings, at Park Hyatt Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City on November 29, 2007. The three companies acquired a combined 10 million shares of the total 27.2 million shares BCCI is offering to the public. VinaCapital bought 4 million shares, Dragon Capital 3.3 million shares and Temasek Holdings 2.7 million shares.

 

Mr Pham Minh Duc, General Director of BCCI, said addition of three partners with rich experience enables his company to further invest and develop in property field. 

 

BCCI now has registered capital of VND542 billion, compared with just VND18 billion at its establishment in 1999.
