Huyndai RNC Starts to Build US$200 Trade Complex in Vietnammâs Northern Province
Huyndai RNC Company from South Korea April 11 started construction of an apartment and shopping complex with a total investment of US$200 million in Hanoi’s neighbor of Ha Tay province.
The project covering 4.6 hectares in Ha Cau ward, Ha Dong City includes six apartment buildings with between 26 and 31 storeys each, a shopping center, a swimming pool, tennis courts, a green park, offices and an area for 99 villas of 342 square meters each.
The project which is designed by Solveit Company and constructed by Woongjin Kukdong Company, both come from the Republic of Korea, is expected to be completed by 2012. (The People Online)
