PetroVietnam Unit Targets Production Value of over VND4 Tln This Yr
PetroVietnam Vietnam Construction Corp (PVC), a unit of the state-owned oil monopoly PetroVietnam group, has targeted a production value of VND4,091 billion (US$424.07 million) this year, up 170 per cent on year.
PVC aims for gross revenue of VND3,584 billion (US$212.07 million) and pre-tax profit of VND177.1 billion (US$10.47 million) in 2009, up 193 per cent on year and 202 per cent, respectively.
The company’s tax payment this year is estimated at VND134.99 billion (US$7.98 million), up 163 per cent on year.
Last year, PVC completed 11 projects while clinching an additional 90 contracts worth VND3,121 billion (US$184.67 million). (Industry & Trade)
