Vietnam to Spend VND2T to Upgrade Hospitals in H1

 Vietnam’s Ministry of Health is estimated to have spent VND2 trillion (US$117.6 million) worth of g-bonds to upgrade hospitals nationwide in the first half of this year.
 
The health sector will also receive US$400 million of ODA loans to build and improve hospitals in the central and northern Vietnam from now up to 2014.
 
Last year, the ministry had allocated VND3.75 trillion (US$220.6 million) of g-bonds to build 425 hospitals and medical centers at district levels. (Capital Security)
