Aedas sustainability statement
Aedas invests in research and leads cross-disciplinary initiatives on understanding and reducing building energy use, the lifecycle impact of building products, their packaging and transport to site, as well as end-of-life reusability. Aedas Sustainability Team has developed bespoke software and dedicated design tools such as CarbonBuzz, to create architectural solutions that maximise the sustainable value of every project. As a practice, Aedas provides specialist consultancy services to advise its clients on the implementation of sustainable design from briefing and masterplanning to design, procurement and building management with Post Occupancy Evaluations being offered for every project.

Communication is key - regular internal design reviews are held with the directors to ensure the continuity of quality throughout the process and also the cross fertilisation of ideas between projects.

In Vietnam, Aedas has already successfully completed the Saigon Tower, the Landmark Services Apartments in Ho Chi Minh City and 63 Ly Thai To in Hanoi. Currently the Aedas Vietnam is designing new projects in four major centres of commerce and development: the New Pearl Residential development district 3 HCMC, the Cam Ranh Bay Mirax Resort in Nha Trang; mixed use Hospitality and Residential in Danang; and the West Lake Condominiums in Hanoi. The face of the Vietnam urban and suburban landscape is rapidly changing and Aedas is present to contribute with design excellence.
