Japan-Vietnam Consortium Wins Contract to Build US$47M Railway
The Japan-Vietnam consortium JKT has won a VND838.8 billion (US$47.05 million) agreement to build an urban railway in Hanoi.
The consortium and the Vietnam Railway Corporation-the project investor-will complete site clearance, resettlement and necessary procedures within 47 months.
The 15.36-kilometer railway project will cost VND19.46 trillion (US$1.09 billion). (Investment)
