Cofico Named Builder of An Phu Plaza
On 26 at Sheraton Hotel, the Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 (Cofico) inked an agreement with An Phu Corporation to build basement, superstructure and finishing packages of An Phu Plaza An Phu Plaza, located at Ly Chinh Thang
Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, is expected to complete in 17 months. The plaza, with 18 storeys and two basements furnished with high-grade services and utilities, has a total area of 22,338 square metres.
COFICO is also executing many other large-scale projects such as Production Controlling Building - Ho Chi Minh City Power Company, Saigon Pearl Project, Interflour Wheat Flour Factory in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
