Tariff on Kerosene, Diesel Oil Raised to 5 Pct
The Vietnamese Ministry of Finance decided to hike import tariffs on kerosene and diesel oil to 5 percent from zero percent.
The tax hike will help supplement the vehicle for stabilising gasoline prices when global prices rebound and Vietnam wants to keep prices low.
Tariffs on other fuel products like light oil products, petrol, white solvents naphtha and reformate are maintained at zero percent.
