The income and life of workers and staffs have been improved significantly with average income per capita in 2010 at VND7.5 million per month. Over the past year, over 129 technical workers of the company were promoted and 93 workers were raised salary on time. In parallel with sending laborers to universities, colleges and vocational training schools, Da Mai JS Company also sends its staffs to sort-term professional training courses at Vinacomin.    

 

With the team of over 1,000 employees, Da Mai JS Company also attaches special importance to the security and order aspect. The company has done well in protecting its assets as well as natural resources. To make staffs closer and encourage them, the company often organizes inner sport competitions such as football, table tennis, badminton and chess.
