Vietnam IT Development Conference Opened
The 8th conference on Vietnam’s information technology (IT) development cooperation will be held on August 26-28 in southern Kien Giang province with the sponsorship of the ministries of Post and Telecommunications, Science and Technology, Interior Affairs, Education and Training, and the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Corporation.
At the press conference recently organised in Ho Chi Minh City to introduce the event, Ms Tran Thanh Binh, Vice Chairwoman of the Kien Giang People’s Committee, said that this was one of the most important events for Vietnam’s IT sector and a good chance for expanding IT applications in the province as well as in the region.
