Big Promotions for First Deluxe Apartments

Hoang Huy Group is about to open a new offer to sell high-grade Golden Land apartment complex project with a big promotion for buyers. The programme lasts from March 15, 2012 to April 15, 2012. Buyers will be presented a Kia Morning Picanto 1.2 SXAT/2012 valued at VND450 million if they purchase an apartment priced less than VND4 billion.

 

They will be rewarded Toyota Vios/2012 1.5E worth VND550 million for the purchase value from VND4 billion to VND4.5 billion and a Toyota Vios 1.5 G/2012 worth VND650 million for the apartment priced VND4.6 billion or more. According to the investor, the programme is conditional.

 

Golden Land complex is located an area of 2.4 ha at 275 Nguyen Trai Road. The 700-apartment modern project, designed by French Archipel, costs VND4500 billion.
