Minh Chau Coconut Jelly Producer Actively Applies Hygienic Production Procedure

Minh Chau coconut jelly, with the unique flavour of this coconut growing land, has gained an important spot in supermarkets and confectionary stores in almost all the three regions of Vietnam, including the North, the Centre and the South, as well as being exported to overseas markets. Minh Chau is taking steps to further develop its approach and brand name promotion strategy. 

Minh Chau Coconut Jelly Production Establishment was officially founded in 1997 as a medium-sized producer. Products churned out by the establishment have been known for their delicious taste, good quality and diversity, including litchi, orange and strawberry flavours. Minh Chau’s factory system has been expanded up to 3,000 sq.m and located in an airy space of 15,000 sq.m; its production capacity ranges between seven and ten tonnes of jelly per day, which consumes a huge volume of locally grown coconut juice and generate over 200 jobs for local people. The average income of employees here is around VND3.9 million per month (approximately US$200).

 

The establishment is now supplying products for more than 100 agents across the country and in Cambodia and Lao as well. Since market demand is getting ever stricter, Minh Chau always pays due attention to renovating equipment and facilities with a view to improving product quality and meeting food hygiene and safety standards. In compensation for tireless endeavours made, Minh Chau has been awarded with a lot of certificates of merit and noble prizes, including the Gold Medal for High Quality Product and Vietnam Best Food.
