Minh Hung III Industrial Park was invested by Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company with the aim of creating a standard industrial zone in Binh Phuoc province. Hence, Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company chose Minh Hung commune, Chon Thanh district, Binh Phuoc province to build Minh Hung III Industrial Park. The industrial park is expected to become the most modern, smartest industrial park in the region.
The park is situated on a prime location which connects to HCM City and Cambodia on National Road 13, to the Central Highlands provinces on National Road 14, and to southwest provinces on nearly completed Ho Chi Minh Road. Speaking of investment incentives in the industrial park, General Director Phan Dinh Phuc said Binh Long Rubber Industrial Park Joint Stock Company has enough experience and financial resources to develop infrastructures for the industrial park, and create opportunities and advantages for all domestic and foreign investors in Vietnam. Hence, tenants in Minh Hung III Industrial Park will enjoy incentives for trade activities and factory installation. Besides, the company also built health care centres, educational centres, recreational centres and houses for foreign experts.
Investors are also granted other incentives like preferential land rents, use of complete infrastructure, low-cost construction of factories, convenient transportation system, continuous water and power supply, good waste treatment system, modern communication system, etc. Minh Hung III Industrial Park applies flexible leasing terms, with the longest spanning 50 years.
