Over the past few years, despite the establishment of many tourism sites, Suoi Tien cultural tourism site has remained a popular name for many visitors because it always improves its scenery and quality to satisfy travellers.
Initially, the site was an impoverished and thinly-populated area. Due to the economic development of the whole country and HCM City in particular, building a big-scale tourism resort to serve people’s cultural life has become an essential need. Reminding Suoi Tien tourism resort, visitors cannot forget an annual outstanding tourism event of the city named “Southern fruit festival”, to honour products and spiritual culture of people in the south. After 16 festivals, the Southern Fruit Festival 2012 has been developed to the regional level with the participation of foreign art troupes such as those from Laos, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia.
